That is press, not a design doc, but it matches the tape still and the achievement. Charlotte is the person the climb is for: Charlotte’s Hero, the 2023 FAQ childhood sweetheart, and launch copy about saving the love of your life. Mr. Twister / V.C. Twister is the park’s billionaire toy maker and game-show host in the 2023 FAQ, with the V.C. Twister form on 3D Realms Instagram.
Thomas Brush is creator / Atmos Games, posting Steam News as Thomas / Dr. Prepper. He is on this list because the credits and news bylines are first-party, not because he is a resort NPC. Store short description never names Vincent or Tiny; it only promises a race to the top for the love of your life. That is why this page is a name file, not a plot recap.

If you only need the climb motive, Charlotte’s Hero plus the launch love-of-your-life line are enough. If you are matching a 2023 trailer recap, keep Tiny/Preston in mind as FAQ wording from that year.
